A fresh start with a selection of homemade granola, natural yogurt, and soft fruits. Eggs made to order and savory options like grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and French toast. Drinks include a variety of teas, coffee, and smoothies.

Midday meals center around a protein bar, featuring cold cuts, smoked fish, tofu, cheeses, quiche, and spreads, complemented by a variety of creative salads such as roast fennel with dill and pomegranate, or grilled peaches with ripped mozzarella and basil.

SOPHISTICATION ALL ROUND:
Evenings are a highlight, with a beautifully curated three-course meals. Starting with an amuse bouche like wild mushroom and truffle arancini, followed by a showstopping main such as roast cod with grilled hispy cabbage and cauliflower puree.
Coming to an indulgent finish with decadent desserts like chocolate torte with a peanut butter cacao bon bon.

A TASTE OF HOME:
This special dinner brings the vibrant flavours and colours of Mauritius right to you at to your table. Featuring dishes like chicken curry, fish vindii, tomato and roast red onion salad, mango and avocado salad, and traditional desserts like poudine mais.
This meal celebrates the heritage of Lakaz’s founders, Pippa and Pravesh, and offers an unforgettable cultural dining experience and an opportunity to taste the wonderful authentic culinary dishes created by Pravesh.
